The Role

• A CQC-registered individual with previous experience in managing domiciliary care services
• Strong knowledge of compliance, safeguarding, and care standards
• A self-starter with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care
• Someone confident in building and developing care packages, recruiting and leading staff, and working with commissioners and families
• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a genuine difference
