We are currently seeking experienced Locum MRI and CT Radiographers to support a range of busy diagnostic imaging services in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled radiographers looking for flexible locum work within modern, well-equipped imaging departments, supporting both NHS and private patient pathways.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services, ensuring excellent patient care and accurate, timely imaging to support clinical decision-making.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to efficient service delivery and help reduce patient waiting times across key diagnostic pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI and/or CT scans in line with clinical protocols
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the imaging process
- Operate advanced imaging equipment in accordance with departmental standards
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all clinical governance and radiation safety requirements
- Support smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery
Requirements
- HCPC registered Radiographer
- Proven experience in MRI and/or CT
- Strong understanding of imaging protocols and patient care standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends where required
