About the Role:
We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Ofsted Registered Manager to oversee two children’s homes supporting young people aged 8–18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead therapeutic, nurturing environments where children can feel safe, supported, and able to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate teams across two sites to deliver exceptional child-centred care
• Ensure safeguarding, care planning, compliance, and Ofsted standards are consistently met
• Build effective relationships with families, schools, local authorities, and external professionals
• Oversee day-to-day operations, budgets, staffing, and development across both homes
• Promote trauma-informed, nurturing, and inclusive practice at all times

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in a children’s residential setting (multi-site experience desirable)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted frameworks, and trauma-informed care
• Compassionate, resilient leadership style with a genuine passion for improving young lives
