Job Title: Theatre Practitioner – RGN / ODP

Salary: £30,400 – £37,300 per annum, depending on experience
Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner – RGN / ODP to join a well-established private healthcare theatre environment in Kent.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated theatre professional to provide high-quality perioperative care within a supportive, modern clinical environment. You will work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for ongoing training, development and career progression.
The working pattern is 07:30–18:00, Monday to Saturday, with Saturdays worked approximately once per month.
Key Requirements

Registered RGN or ODP with current NMC or HCPC registration

Proven post-registration Scrub experience

Previous NHS or private hospital experience

Experience providing Scrub support for surgical procedures

Strong commitment to patient-centred care

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Evidence of ongoing professional development

Orthopaedic Scrub experience is desirable
Key Responsibilities

Providing expert Scrub support for general and orthopaedic procedures

Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care

Working collaboratively with Imaging, Wards and Sterile Services

Maintaining patient dignity, comfort and confidentiality

Upholding professional, ethical and legal standards

Contributing to a safe, efficient and high-quality theatre environment
