A respected and growing care provider is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Manager to lead a high-quality live-in care service for adults at our Tunbridge Wells location.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role with a service that supports adults to live independently in the comfort of their own homes, with the assistance of compassionate live-in carers.

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the live-in care service, ensuring it remains safe, compliant, and responsive to the needs of adults with a range of care requirements. You will be responsible for managing a team of live-in care staff, maintaining regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the live-in care service

  • Ensure the service complies with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements

  • Support, mentor, and supervise a team of live-in carers across various client placements

  • Conduct assessments and create personalised care plans for new clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Monitor service performance and implement quality improvement initiatives

  • Manage recruitment, training, and rota coordination for live-in carers

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial role within domiciliary or live-in care

  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and adult safeguarding

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills

  • A person-centred approach and passion for delivering high standards of care

  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary with performance-related bonuses

  • Supportive leadership and development opportunities

  • A values-driven organisation with a commitment to excellence in care

  • 28 days paid holiday + pension scheme

  • Opportunities to grow with a progressive care provider

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults receiving live-in care. If you're ready for the next step in your management career, we'd love to hear from you.
