	<li data-end="1914" data-section-id="o3y15" data-start="1851"><strong data-end="1873" data-start="1853">NMC registration</strong> (Nurse) or <strong data-end="1906" data-start="1885">HCPC registration</strong> (ODP)</li>
	<li data-end="1969" data-section-id="80z7ip" data-start="1915">Significant experience within an Endoscopy setting</li>
	<li data-end="2031" data-section-id="1htegki" data-start="1970">Leadership experience at <strong data-end="2013" data-start="1997">Band 7 level</strong> (or equivalent)</li>
	<li data-end="2079" data-section-id="xm8fa" data-start="2032">A strong commitment to patient-centred care</li>
	<li data-end="2132" data-section-id="10bv3zt" data-start="2080">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
