About You

✔️ BSE Accredited Echocardiographer (or equivalent)
✔️ Experience independently performing and reporting adult TTEs
✔️ Commitment to maintaining CPD and professional standards
✔️ Strong understanding of Information Governance, confidentiality and data protection principles
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
✔️ Full UK Driving Licence (where required)

This is for a brand-new domiciliary care service in the Leeds area that is looking for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead the service through the full CQC registration process. As it's a start-up, there are currently no clients, so the initial focus is on getting everything set up and achieving CQC approval.

The role is hybrid during the registration phase, with remote working, regular calls and occasional meetings in Leeds.

The main responsibilities include:

• Leading the full CQC registration process, including the application and Statement of Purpose.
• Reviewing and finalising policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Acting as the Registered Manager during registration.
• Supporting inspection preparation and compliance.
• Moving into a full-time operational Registered Manager position once the service is registered and begins taking on clients.

They're looking for someone with:

• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and QCS systems.
• Enhanced DBS, mandatory training and recent references.

The registration phase is paid on a staged basis, with a total fixed fee of £1,200–£1,800. Once the service is registered and operational, the role becomes permanent with a salary of £38,000–£45,000 per year.
