Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional and diagnostic occupational therapy assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient-centred treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions in line with the unit programme.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, nurses, doctors, and social workers.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
- Educate and train family members and caregivers to support ongoing patient recovery and rehabilitation.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
- Active HCPC registration.
- 1 to 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
