Base Salary: £35,200 per year

Shift Pattern: Fixed 3 on, 3 off (10am–10pm)

What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on leadership role, supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, leading care teams, and ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
You’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the home

Leading, mentoring, and supporting staff

Ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality care

Supporting care planning, incident management, and staff development

Creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children and young people
You must have:

At least 2 years’ recent experience in a children’s residential care setting

Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families (or willingness to work towards)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
