Job Title: Pharmacist – Independent Community Pharmacy

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum

Role Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and service-driven Pharmacist to join a busy, well-established independent community pharmacy in Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacist to join a supportive and forward-thinking team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and developing clinical pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
· Dispense prescriptions safely and efficiently
· Deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical services
· Support and lead the pharmacy team in day-to-day operations
· Contribute to the development and introduction of new pharmacy services
· Provide professional advice and support to patients
· Contribute to the continued growth and development of the pharmacy
Key Requirements
· Qualified Pharmacist with the appropriate UK registration
· Strong commitment to patient care and clinical services
· Confident in supporting and leading a pharmacy team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Motivated to develop and contribute to the growth of an independent community pharmacy
· Previous community pharmacy experience would be advantageous
Role Details
· Full-time permanent position
· Standard opening hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 and Saturday, 09:00 – 12:00
· Working hours can be discussed
· Approximately 5,500 prescription items per month
· Potential start date from January
· Candidates available to start earlier may have the opportunity to undertake locum work within the local pharmacy setting
