Job Title: Newly Qualified Speech & Language Therapist

Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Newly Qualified Speech & Language Therapist (NQP) to join an established children's therapy service in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQP to develop their clinical skills while working with children with learning disabilities, autism and additional communication needs.
The successful candidate will receive clinical guidance and support from an experienced Lead Therapist, with opportunities to develop their knowledge across both traditional and modern therapeutic approaches.
Key Requirements
· Relevant Speech & Language Therapy degree/qualification
· HCPC registration, or eligibility/willingness to register
· RCSLT registration, or willingness to register
· Passion for working with children with communication difficulties
· Interest in working with autism, learning disabilities and/or Down syndrome
· Ability to assess individual needs and develop tailored therapy plans
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families and professionals
· Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
· Full UK driving licence and access to a car
· Right to work in the UK
· Willingness to complete a DBS check
