Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead a community pharmacy and take responsibility for the safe, effective and professional delivery of pharmacy services.
The successful candidate will act as the Responsible Pharmacist, lead and support the pharmacy team, oversee prescription dispensing and contribute to the development of NHS and private clinical services.
Key Requirements

PSNI-registered Pharmacist

Community pharmacy experience

Management or supervisory experience essential

Experience taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of a pharmacy

Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

Confident decision-maker in a busy community pharmacy environment

Experience delivering NHS or private services desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities

Act as the Responsible Pharmacist, ensuring the safe, legal and effective operation of the pharmacy

Lead, manage and motivate the pharmacy team

Create a positive, supportive and professional working environment

Oversee accurate checking and dispensing of prescriptions in line with PSNI standards and SOPs
-
Support the delivery and development of NHS and private services

Build strong relationships with patients, GP practices and local healthcare providers

Represent the pharmacy within the local community

Support service development and business growth initiatives

Maintain high standards of clinical practice and patient care
