Role Overview
We are currently recruiting experienced Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs) and Theatre Nurses to support a well-established private hospital in Lincolnshire.
This opportunity is ideal for theatre professionals seeking flexible working arrangements within a supportive and professional surgical environment. Successful candidates will work as part of an experienced perioperative team delivering high-quality patient care across multiple theatre disciplines.
You will play a key role in maintaining patient safety, supporting surgical procedures, and ensuring excellent clinical standards throughout the perioperative journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative support across theatre services
- Work within Anaesthetics, Recovery and/or Scrub specialities
- Assist surgical teams during procedures while maintaining patient safety
- Prepare theatre environments, equipment, and patients for surgery
- Deliver high standards of clinical care within a private hospital setting
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection prevention protocols
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary theatre team
Key Requirements
- Minimum 12 months UK Theatre experience
- Experience in Anaesthetics, Recovery and/or Scrub
- Valid HCPC registration (ODP) or NMC registration (Theatre Nurse)
- Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
- Strong clinical knowledge within perioperative practice
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient safety and high clinical standards
