Job Title: Practice Nurse

Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join a friendly and supportive primary care team in Northamptonshire, on a 9–12 month fixed-term contract providing maternity cover.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established and progressive primary care setting, supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
The successful candidate must be flexible regarding working days and hours to meet the needs of the service.
Key Requirements
· Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
· Experience working within primary care or general practice
· Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
· Experience in chronic disease management
· Experience with immunisations and vaccinations
· Cervical screening experience desirable
· Health promotion experience desirable
· Excellent communication, organisational and clinical skills
· Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
· Commitment to continuing professional development and maintaining clinical competence
· Flexibility regarding working days and hours
