Role Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Sonographers to join a professional clinical team within a modern diagnostic imaging environment. This role involves performing high-quality ultrasound examinations while delivering excellent patient care and contributing to accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a supportive setting, with assistance available during appointments to ensure an efficient and patient-focused service.
Key Requirements
• Recognised qualification in Diagnostic Radiography or Medical Imaging with a specialisation in Sonography
• Strong experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology ultrasound (essential)
• Experience in General Abdominal, Small Parts and/or MSK scanning desirable
• Registration with HCPC or relevant professional body
• Minimum 12 months clinical ultrasound experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology
• Excellent patient care, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to maintaining high imaging standards and patient safety
